Prime Minister Patrick Manning did not stop construction of Carnival 2008 facilities at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain, Culture Minister Marlene McDonald said yesterday.
She was responding to questions after she announced that Carnival 2008 will officially be launched on December 19.
