Base 2 was hired immediately after the Crop Over festival to work for the Owen Arthur election campaign team in 1994. That campaign saw Owen Arthur become the Prime Minister of Barbados for the very first time.

'Follow the crowds' was a continuation of the impact Base 2 had in Barbados that people followed everywhere Base 2 went.
